Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Clawfleet subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings → Billing). No questions asked, no cancellation fees.

When you cancel:

• Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your instances will be paused (not deleted) at the end of that period
• Your data is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, giving you time to export or resubscribe
• After 30 days, all data (instance configurations, API keys, usage history) is permanently deleted

2. No Refunds

All purchases on Clawfleet are final and non-refundable. This includes the $1 intro week, monthly subscriptions, and any additional instance add-ons.

Because we offer a low-cost $1 trial week with full access, you have the opportunity to evaluate the service before committing to a monthly plan. We encourage you to use the trial period to determine if Clawfleet is right for you.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing period — no partial credits or refunds are issued for the current period.

4. $1 Intro Trial

The $1 intro week gives you full access to all features for 7 days. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly plan at $9.99/month. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged the monthly rate. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Charges

Charges from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are billed directly by those providers through your own API keys and are outside our control. We cannot issue refunds for third-party charges.

6. Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.
